**Step 2:** Connect a wallet you own by entering your password and clicking “Unlock”.

**Step 4:** You should now be on the Polygon dashboard. Now, click on the MetaMask extension in your browser and select the Pull Down Menu that says “**Polygon Mainnet**”. A selection will appear, with a tick next to the network you are connected to. Currently, this is Polygon.
**Step 5:** When you need to use Ethereum Mainnet again, just select the “**Ethereum Mainnet**” option to switch to Ethereum. Choosing any other option will connect you to that particular network.
**Step 6:** And you’re done! When you have connected, the wallet should show “Ethereum Mainnet” to confirm that you have just switched to the Ethereum network.

Now you can switch your Metamask wallet between two chains whenever you need it for dapps.

### Option 2.

Go to <https://cointool.app/other/chainList> find a Matic Mainnet and click on "**Add to Metamask**"
